In an industry often analysed for its commercial focus, we at Tiger Bingo hold a brand’s legacy is measured by more than just jackpots and promotions. It is shaped by the tangible, positive impact it can have on the communities that support it. Today, we are immensely proud to formally launch our comprehensive Giving Back Initiative, a long-term commitment to partner with and support a diverse portfolio of charities operating across the United Kingdom. This strategic programme transcends one-off donations, embedding philanthropy into our operational fabric. Our mission is to create sustainable partnerships that provide vital funding, raise public awareness, and champion the incredible work of organisations addressing critical needs from mental health and animal welfare to veteran support and child poverty. This article outlines the ethos behind our initiative, introduces our inaugural charity partners, and outlines the multifaceted ways we, together with our passionate community of players, intend to make a meaningful difference nationwide. While financial aid is essential, the effect of our partnerships is set to generate a ripple effect that extends beyond money and finances. A major part of our role is to serve as a megaphone for our charity partners’ messages. Through our website content, email newsletters, and social media channels, we will assist in informing our audience on the problems each charity addresses, from identifying the signs of mental health struggle to understanding the realities of food poverty in the UK. This awareness-raising helps to destigmatise issues, motivate people to seek help, and motivate others to support these causes independently. Furthermore, we are exploring opportunities for volunteerism, such as arranging team volunteer days at local food bank warehouses or RSPCA centres, and promoting our partners’ own volunteering opportunities to our community, encouraging a culture of active citizenship. Our platform grants us access to a large and engaged audience, and we are determined to utilising this reach responsibly for advocacy. This means creating dedicated content that goes beyond fundraising appeals. We will publish interviews with charity workers, share stories of those who have been helped (with permission), and provide clear guides on how individuals can receive support from our partner charities if they seek it. During key campaign periods—such as the Poppy Appeal or Mental Health Awareness Week—we will ensure our platforms are aligned with our partners’ core messaging, directing traffic to their official sites and resources. This holistic approach ensures our partnership delivers value that is both monetary and social, strengthening the charities’ capacity to effect change. The true engine of our Giving Back Initiative is our community of players. Your participation changes the programme from a corporate pledge into a powerful collective movement. There are several direct ways to take part and amplify our impact. The most straightforward is to participate in our specially marked charity games and events; by choosing to play these, you are automatically contributing. Beyond playing, we encourage you to become advocates: share news of our partnerships and fundraising milestones on your social channels to raise broader awareness. We will also be launching voluntary “round-up” donation features and dedicated donation pages for those who wish to contribute directly. Furthermore, we will be soliciting your ideas for future fundraising activities and even which causes we might consider supporting in the future, making this a truly collaborative initiative shaped by the community it serves. To make giving back appealing and rewarding, we are developing a calendar of exclusive charity-themed games and events. Imagine participating in a “Poppy Prize” bingo room in November, a “Mindful Millions” slot tournament during Mental Health Awareness Week, or a “Big Feed” game supporting The Trussell Trust. These events will feature unique prize pools, special bonuses, and a palpable sense of communal purpose. Leaderboards for charity tournaments will not only showcase top winners but also highlight the top fundraisers, adding a layer of friendly competition for a good cause. These events will be prominently highlighted on our site, with clear indicators showing the percentage of contribution, so players can join in knowing exactly how their fun is translating into funds. Our move to launch a structured Giving Back Initiative stems from a basic belief in corporate social responsibility that is genuine and effective. We understand that as a leading online entertainment platform, we have a platform and a responsibility that reaches beyond providing games. The heart of our philosophy is based on three firm principles: sustainability, transparency, and community alignment. We are not interested in fleeting gestures; we aim to build enduring relationships with charitable partners, giving not just funds but sustained engagement. Transparency is paramount; we will openly communicate how much is raised, where it is going, and the impact it is achieving, ensuring our players have full confidence in the programme. Finally, community alignment means listening to our players and supporting causes that connect strongly with them, creating a collective force for good. This initiative is our pledge to leverage our position to generate a constant stream of support for those who need it most, proving that the heart of the UK’s bingo community pulses with generosity and compassion. Selecting strategic, long-term partnerships over sporadic donations permits a far deeper and more impactful collaboration. One-off contributions, while welcome, often provide a momentary respite without solving underlying, ongoing needs. By establishing committed alliances with our chosen charities, we can offer them with something equally valuable as money: predictable funding and a reliable partner. This steadiness enables them to plan longer-term projects, fund infrastructure, and expand their services with greater confidence. For us, it means we can acquire a richer understanding of their mission, incorporate their causes into our community activities more cohesively, and share their stories with real insight. This model promotes a symbiotic relationship where our support evolves beyond the financial, encompassing awareness campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and dedicated promotional events that vigorously engage our player base in the charity’s narrative. It’s a transition from simply writing a cheque to becoming a real advocate and ally in their work. This charitable program is not a short-term campaign; it is a permanent, evolving pillar of Tiger Bingo’s identity. Our long-term vision is to build a strong, user-powered system for community support that develops in scope and complexity each year. We aim to frequently assess and potentially expand our portfolio of charity partners, shaped by player feedback and evolving social requirements. Our objective is to boost the full value given year-on-year and to strengthen the embedding of community support into the Tiger Bingo platform. We are dedicated to this journey for the long term, acknowledging that significant community change requires persistence and flexibility. This program signifies our pledge to our users and to the UK: that as we deliver fun, we will concurrently and resolutely labor to support the UK’s societal framework, demonstrating that community and kindness are always in complete harmony at Tiger Bingo. We have thoroughly selected our initial group of charity partners to encompass a diverse spectrum of causes that are acutely relevant across the UK today. Each organisation was chosen for its demonstrated track record of effectiveness, its transparent operations, and the vital support it provides to disadvantaged segments of society. We are privileged to begin this journey with four outstanding partners: Mind, the mental health charity; The Royal British Legion; the RSPCA; and The Trussell Trust. This diverse portfolio ensures our united efforts will affect the lives of individuals and families facing different challenges, from psychological distress and financial hardship to the welfare of animals and the legacy of our armed forces. In the following sections, we will dive into the specific work of each partner and describe the targeted support Tiger Bingo and its community will provide, showing our commitment to addressing multifaceted societal needs. Mental health is a cornerstone of total health, yet services are commonly stretched and discrimination continues. Our alliance with Mind, a leading mental health organization for England and Wales, is a dedication to transforming this. Mind delivers advice and help to enable anyone experiencing a mental health problem, while campaigning unceasingly to improve care, raise awareness, and promote understanding. Our backing will focus on assisting fund their crucial offerings, such as the Mind Infoline, local Minds delivering community-based support, and their virtual materials that deliver life-saving advice 24/7. Funds generated through our program will be channeled towards Mind’s direct services, tiger bingo, which are a essential support for thousands. More precisely, we seek to support the development of their digital peer support networks, where users can interact with fellow users with similar experiences in a secure, supervised space. Furthermore, we will give to their advocacy activities, including the “Equally Well” campaign which advocates for physical health parity for people with mental health conditions. By incorporating Mind’s message into our materials and holding special charity events, we will expand their influence, fostering honest conversations about mental wellness within our audience and signposting our users to essential help and resources when they need it most. The Royal British Legion is an venerable institution delivering lifelong support to active and retired members of the British Armed Forces, their families, and relatives. Their work, famously represented by the Poppy Appeal, is as essential today as it ever was, supplying financial, social, and emotional care. Our partnership is a token of great respect and a tangible means to donate to their welfare programmes. We recognise the unique sacrifices made by the military community and are devoted to aiding the Legion ensure that no one is left to face their challenges alone, whether that involves dealing with injury, handling transition to civilian life, or dealing with bereavement. The RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is the UK’s longest-established and largest animal welfare charity, running a network of rescue centres, hospitals, and clinics. Their inspectors look into cruelty and neglect, working around the clock to rescue, restore, and rehouse animals across England and Wales. Our alliance with the RSPCA underscores our commitment to compassion for all beings. The funds we raise will assist their frontline rescue operations, enable care for the thousands of animals they take in each year, and back their educational programmes aimed at promoting kindness and stopping cruelty from occurring in the first place. In the face of a deepening cost-of-living crisis, The Trussell Trust’s network of food banks provides emergency food and support to people trapped in poverty across the UK. However, their ultimate goal is to remove the need for food banks altogether through advocacy and campaigning for systemic change. Working with The Trussell Trust permits us to address immediate, acute need while supporting a vision for a future where everyone can afford the essentials. Our contributions will help fill food bank parcels with nutritious items and support the charity’s “More Than Food” projects, which deliver additional support like debt advice and help with benefits, confronting the root causes of poverty. We understand that trust is founded on clarity. Consequently, our funding model for the Giving Back Initiative is designed to be straightforward and completely transparent. Support will be produced through several, focused streams. Mainly, we will roll out a series of exclusive bingo games and slot tournaments where a set percentage of the revenue from every ticket or spin will be assigned directly to the charity pot. Furthermore, we will hold regular fundraising events, such as charity raffles and auctions showcasing unique prizes. Importantly, we will release quarterly reports on our website outlining the total amounts raised, the specific breakdown per charity partner, and updates on how those funds are being used. This open-book approach assures our players can see the direct results of their participation, converting every game played into a conscious contribution to a worthy cause.Letters from CPS
